So when it comes to breakfast, I know that this is supposed to be one of the most important meals of the day and eating a good balance one will give you the nourishment and energy that your body need to go through the day.
Coming up with different things to eat at breakfast sometimes can be a challenge [at least in my case it is]. Eating cereal everyday gets boring, eggs just don't cut it some days, fruit is always a good option but you just can't fill yourself with just that!
But when it comes to fruit + yogurt + granola = Berry Yogurt Parfait, a.k.a "breakfast is the new dessert".
I know, it looks delicious and trust me, it taste even better than it looks.
The beauty of it is that you can change it every day; different fruit, different flavor yogurt and if you don't like granola that can also be changed to cereal, yummy!
Wanna try it?
my version today was strawberries, with vanilla yogurt and granola! |
Have a great Wednesday :D

Looks delicious - I´ll come over for that!! ;-)) I´ve just eaten pounds of strawberries myself, if you want to, then "come over" to see the pictures at the blog.
Hugs :-))
I'm looking forward to a healthy breakfast this morning, my 'Choking Pellets'!
I'll be right over! By the time you have mine made I should just about be there!!...I wish....debbie
I'll be right over!!! Haha :) Looks delicious! I love making yogurt parfaits, they're filling and yummy. I would also have a side of 1 or 2 scrambled eggs, though, because I have to have that salty/sweet combo in the mornings.
My biggest thing to give up would be coffee. I'm not addicted to it, but I have a cup every morning, and I fill it with cream and sugar which make it way worse than it should be. Soo maybe one day I will cut back on that!
that looks delicious! I'll be right over! lol
I love your expression in the photo, that is just adorable!
