describe exhausted? me

Today at 6am I tried a new class at a new gym Rogue Gym (well, at least new for me!) and I have to say it was nothing by though and intense, but I loved it.

The name of the class is called KettleExpress and it's a very cool and unique concept, anything but a routine; from calisthenics to kettlebells, barbells and medicine balls, athletic training, agility and coordination drills, metabolic conditioning, yoga based dynamic flexibility drills, basic gymnastic skills and even Olympic lifting. 

But that's not all.

It also uses boot camp exercise and interactive team bulding drills, with hi impact movements.

Are you tired yet? I know I still am, even 3 hours after the class!!!

Here's a picture of part of the Gym... Oh also they have a boxing ring as they teach Boxing, Muay Thai fighting and other stuff (but I ain't signing for any of that!).

So, even as I type this I am still exhausted but somewhere deep inside I am also proud that I did so good today on my first class!!!

According to the instructor, you can burn an average of 900 calories each class!!! I am all up for that, let's see how it goes next week.

Way to go! I ditched my early morning workouts since they were just TOO early for me, but I'm trying to get back on track with exercising at night.

Omg, this sounds PERFECT. I wish that my gym had a boxing portion. I used to box, but I have gotten away from it since I got more into weightlifting. Maybe I should come and crash your class sometime!

OH MY!! Nice that you have so much energy!! Nice that you are trying to keep fit!! I used to go at 7 am...never as early as you....debbie
