Last night we had a delicious dinner with some friends at a very unique place here in Grand Cayman, Roland's Garden.

My husband Mark and MeHe cooks whatever he wants, you can expect a 4-5 course meal, lots of trees, plants, parrots, mosquitos (bring your own repellent) and even frogs.
Also it is a B.Y.O.B (bring your own bottle of buzz) kinda' place as he only serves water and soft drinks.

Of course this is a very down to earth and unique place, by reservation only and most people know about it by reputation and word of mouth advertising.
